The Novotel Karon Beach Phuket has come onto the transaction market.

With 224 guestrooms the property features 32 suites.

Another hotel, the 268 room Four Points by Sheraton Bangkok which has the same owner is also on the market.

JLL Hotels is brokering the sale.
