Last Thursday's Thailand Property Awards 2013 in Bangkok drew close to 600 industry players at the Centara Grand Convention Center.
Phuket's real estate winners included Kata Rocks, Anantara Vacation Club, Exotiq Property and Anchan Villas.
Some well known faces to the island were national winners including Jones Lang LaSalle for Best Resort Property Management Company and Luxury Villas and Homes as Best Rental Agent.
Another Thailand-wide accolade for Best Agency Deal went to Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels for the sale of the Laguna Beach Resort by RECAP to the Outrigger Group.
Expectations are high that next years award nominations are going to be fast and furious given the number of highly anticipated project launchings which are in the lead up period pipeline.
