ACCOR Dives Into Serviced Apartments With New Brand

ACCOR has launched a new serviced apartment brand in Asia under the ‘Living’ moniker.

The first two properties are located in Makati, Philippines and will be a 200-key Pullman Living and second, 300-key Novotel Living Manila.

One of ACCOR’s key  expansion strategies is to penetrate the extended-stay market.

While many of Asia’s serviced apartment groups are moving into hotel-type offerings, the Living concept is meant to broaden the group’s reach into this growing segment.
