ACCOR's Financials Topple CEO

The Board of Director's of global hospitality giant ACCOR have voted to terminate the employment of Chairman and CEO Dennis Hennequin.
According to various media reports two of ACCOR's major shareholder's Colony Capital and Eurazeo pushing the change.
Accor's year on year revenue is down, and the company has been slow to implement an asset light strategy.
Industry insiders are viewing the Sofitel brand as a possible transaction target.
