The developer of the ACG Phuket Cricket Ground in Thalang Alan Cooke is looking for a property developer for an adjoining piece of land fronting onto the sporting complex.
A four rai plot is available with the playing area in the foreground, lake in the midground, and mountain view backdrop, ideal for a small condominium or villa complex.
For those not familiar with the ACG, it's a well established venue for island events and draws a strong local and regional crowd.
