For those who think hotel branded residences are only in the Asian subconscious, think again.
Two high profile developments I've been looking at recently are the Ritz-Carlton Residences at Hawaii's Waikiki Beach and The Residences at the Mandarin Oriental Atlanta.
Pricing point are sky-high for the offerings and branding premiums are evident in pricing points.
US developers look to be tapping into brand value in a way their Asian counterparts have been doing since the GFC.
