Ayala To Redevelop El Nido

I'm in Manila today and making hotel news is Ayala Land's acquisition of the 40% shareholding of Conservatory Co. in leading destination El Nido.
The development is now 100% controlled by Ayala who plan to expand the 300-hectare multi-resort product into a larger destination complex, which will include a residential component.
Ayala remain significant investors in the hospitality sector with the InterContinental, Holiday Inn and Seda In Manila and Cebu Marriott in their asset portfolio.
