Bali Tourism Slowing Down

Asia's other big tourism destination Bali is showing signs of a slow down.
According to market sources January market wide occupancy was down 18% compared to the same month in 2012.
Key areas affects are Nusa Dua, Benoa and Ubud, while Seminyak and Legian are bucking the trend.
Luxury has been the least impacted with the lower tiers the hardest hit.
Bali currently has over 12,000 new hotel rooms in its development pipeline.
