Banyan Tree Residences For Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River

Luxury hotel brand Banyan Tree and Thai property developer Nirvana Daii Plc have unveiled a branded upscale residence project on Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River.

The project is set on a 5 rai plot of land and is located near to the upcoming ICON Siam project which features residences by Mandarin Oriental.

While across the river the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is rising along with a Capella managed luxury hotel.

Another nearby development is TCC’s next phase at Asiatique that will reportedly have leading hotel brand and residential offering.

Still on the river, expect another top end hotel and branded residences project to be announced shortly.

Banyan Tree is continuing to tap into the real estate segment with their brand with a Brisbane Australia project currently in the market.
