Black Ink For Raimon Land

Successful projects in Bangkok and Pattaya is spurring listed property firm Raimon Land back into profit after stacking up losses the past few years.
An article in the Bangkok Post points to transfers at The River condominium and sales on the Eastern Seaboard at Unixx and Zire Wongamat as driving the company's bottom line.
Also in Bangkok transactions are spurring revenue growth at 185 Rajadamri. According to Chief Executive Hubert Virot the firm is turning to condo projects in Bangkok located near to transport links of the BTS and MRT.
Another development of the group has been its Private Residences Club (PRC) at Northpoint and The River where the group is working with US based hospitality group LaTour Hotels and Resorts.
A recent move had Guy Hall appointed to oversee the PRC's operations from the Pattaya property.
