Bold New Cachet Group Launched

Asia's hospitality circles been been buzzing over the launch of the new Cachet Hotel Group.
Out of the blocks the upstart will include two of Shanghai's leading boutique properties URBN and a new mixed-use hotel and residence project in Bangkok.
The latter is a new build project on New Petchburi Road and will have an upscale 70-room hotel and 224 units residence which will be rolled out in 2016.
Cachet is headed up by ex Starwood and Hilton executive Alexander Mirza.
Three brands are under the groups umbrella – URBN, Cachet and r. The latter is a new tech focused roll-out.
Cachet's focus according to the group will be Greater China, South East Asia and India; and expansion will center on key cities in the region.
