The 133 room Buddy Oriental Resort in Lamai Beach Samui has come into the hotel transaction market.
Opened in 2008, the property is located on nearly ten rai of land, with a 2.5 rai beachfront component being the main feature.
Included in the offering are three food and beverage outlets, two meeting rooms and two pools.
The sale is on a vacant possession basis, so ownership and management are free and clear.
Brokerage firm Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels engaged for the sale.
