The Burnt Tortilla Flaming Up In Cherngtalay
Local diners in the Laguna area are in for a treat with the opening of The Burnt Tortilla Mexican restaurant in Cherngtalay. Opened by talented Chef Colin Stevens who worked in Bangkok's Tamarind CafÃ©, and had done stints with hotels by Centara and ACCOR.
There are 8 different meat selections on offer including pork carnitas, adobo, carne asada, chicken mole and chipotle. Another feature are the 8 salsas from verde and fresco up to the apt named 'Dad's Holy S-T Habanero Salsa." Other favorites include Huevos Rancheros and yes there are margaritas on offer.
Open daily from 9 am to 9 pm with a central location across the street from the mini Tesco.
