Leading industry experts from Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, Baker & McKenzie and C9 Hotelworks talk on the emerging opportunities in the Thailand hospitality industry.
The session will include an up to date review of market transactions in both Bangkok and the resort markets, who is doing the deals and where. Practical advice on hotel valuation, due diligence and the transaction process for both buyers and sellers.
An open question and answer forum will be featured. The venue is the Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel in Bangkok on September 6,2011. The seminar is open to the public.
