Airlift is the main engine of Phuket tourism growth which is highlighted by 31 inbound flight routes now operating from Greater China.

Total airport passenger arrivals surged for the period of January though May this year by 19% compared to the same period in 2015.

As the Thai government has slammed the illegal condominium rental market sector on the island, the new hotel pipeline of incoming hotels has 32 new properties set to open over the next three years.
