C9 Hotelworks Releases Vacation Ownership Report

In preparation for this year's AOCAP event in Singapore C9 Hotelworks undertook a research project updating the trends in the timeshare sector in the region.
The results were surprising given the substantial prolonged uplift in the Asian real estate sector, that vacation ownership still remains undervalued as a consumer asset class.
Despite having the strong advantages in many case of brand affiliation, attractive pricing points and a lifestyle offering, the product has yet to penetrate the broad market.
