C9 Hotelworks Sri Lanka Coastal Property Update

Over the past few years C9 Hotelworks has completed a number of consulting projects in Sri Lanka ranging from luxury villas, mixed-use hotel, office and retail complexes, resorts and mid-scale hotels.

The economic progress in the country has been sustained and both the tourism and real estate sectors are experiencing a surge in demand, as Sri Lanka is  one of Asia’s key emerging markets.

We have put together a market overview of one of the country’s leading destinations, which is the Southern Coastline.

This covers key areas including Galle, Weligama, Mirissa and Tangalle.
