Is it recover, a come from behind victory or just an altered reality.
We do applaud the hotels who work with great initiatives like Earthcheck and perhaps sustainability in our hotel world is one of checks and balances.
Now if I can just follow up the lemongrass short with a sharp double espresso – free trade and organic of course.
