Philippine developer Century Properties tapped into the trend by recruiting Hilton for their Azure Beach Club development.
It's hard to visit Manila, be it the airport or on the roadways and not encounter a billboard with her image promoting the design influenced project.
For Century the success of the Hilton tie-up and another Trump branded condominium have the group flying high.
