Centara Takes On Krabi Mixed-Use Project

Centara Hotels & Resorts are continuing to expand their Thailand resort portfolio with the signing of a deal in Krabi.
The hospitality chain has entered an agreement with property developer Perry Group International to take on management of the mixed use Pelican project.
Located in the upscale Klong Muang area of Krabi which includes a managed condominium resort and a pool villa component.
The deal is similar to one Centara undertook in Phuket at the West Sands destination resort.
For Perry the upside of branding will be the ability to accelerate property sales back of a growing market of investment buyers.
Airlift into Krabi over the past year has increased significantly both in the domestic and international sectors.
