Dillip Rajakarier is set to assume the role of Chief Executive for Minor International on the 1^stof January 2020.

Bill Heinecke is handing over the reins, but will remain Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Management Committee.

Rajakarier will remain CEO of Minor Hotels.

On the hospitality front, the acquisition and push forward of NH Hotels continues to be touchpoint of a global expansion drive.
