Changi Budget Hotel Rising

Being a frequent traveler through Changi Airport in Singapore, the sight of a new 243-room budget hotel under construction is a new addition.
I've been reading reports about the construction methodology, which will accelerate the development into a compressed timeline of a year.
Though the ground floor uses typical building methods, the remaining room module portion of the hotel is being pre-fabricated in China.
In a city where labor and time equate to big money the innovative approach makes sense.
