Condo Developer Creating Twin Use Model

Category: Real estate, Posted:23 Mar 2012 | 06:00 am

For the most part the development space of condominiums is very much the domain of same-same copycat projects.
In Malaysia one space that caught our eye is the Subang Olives Residence, which is putting forth a different sales proposition to prospective buyers.
Utilizing a layout whichwas pioneered in the US by the vacation ownership industry; a condo is broken into two units with a common lock off entrance for both.
Buyers can rent out the larger units like a two bedroom and retain a studio suite for their own use. Optionally the studio can also be accessed by a connecting door to the primary unit, so if desired larger units can be had for the asking.
What's great in this scheme in the flexibility of a condo for multiple uses and markets.
