Condo Hotels and TPO’s Hitting Bangkok

Category: Hotels, Posted:20 Sep 2020 | 08:47 am

Bangkok’s hospitality market is set rapid growth in the emergence of condo hotels and third party management operators (TPO’s).

The trend is best seen with the recent launch of The Wyndham Queen Convention Centre Hotel and Residences in Bangkok operated by Kew Green Management Company Thailand.

Kew Green has seven properties in the pipeline in the country and is part of a joint venture with Siamese Assets. They operate more than 50 hotels in the U.K.  with many under branded third party structures.

Four of the upcoming developments are with Wyndham who have been extremely active in the branded residence and franchise segment in both Phuket and Pattaya.

If you want to know more about the shift in hotel management offerings, sign up for a virtual one-hour event next week titled The White Label Session – A Guide to Hotel Conversions, Soft Brands and Third-Party Operators.

Set for Wednesday 23 September, 2:00 pm Bangkok Time | 3:00 pm Singapore/HK
