Dream Beach Club Phuket Debuts

Category: Tourism, Posted:21 Dec 2015 | 09:14 am

The rebranded former Nikki Beach has reopened as the Dream Beach Club.

Set on the oceanfront of Layan overlooking Bangtao Bay, the complex has been upgraded and now features an upstairs rooftop party bar.

One of the highlights of the new offering is a THB30,000 burger Wagyu, touted as Asia’s most expensive. Of course this includes foie gras, a bottle of Dom, gold leaf burger bun and a single night stay at a Sky Suite in the nearby Dream Phuket Hotel.

In other beach club news, I was down at Surin Beach on the weekend and the much publicized removal of outlets that was supposed to take place in mid-December was no place to be seen.

As usual the end of the year in Phuket is ramping up and it’s business as usual.

One highlight of the New Year will reportedly be the opening of the new Phuket International Airport by February 14th.
