Dusit Does Vietnam Deal

Dusit International is expanding to Vietnam with the signing of their first property in Cam Ranh.
The hotel is 266 room and is a mixed use property.
An additional inventory of 56 residential villas and 117 apartments which are being sold as managed units form part of the offering.
A 2016 opening is scheduled.
