Famed Beach Club For Layan

Global brand Nikki Beach will open a new beach club in Layan Phuket this coming December.
Developed by Singapore's Castlewood Group, construction is already underway and being fast tracked for high season.
The design is by Original Vision's Adrian McCarroll who has worked a number of leading projects including Kata Rocks, Samsara and Sava Natai.
The location has been kept under wraps but with building underway the project is now in full view adjacent to the Sirinath National Park entrance in Layan.
With the branded and upgraded Anantara (formerly Bundarika) nearby the area is looking to see a new surge of projects. Later this year Anantara is expected to launch a number of new multimillion dollar ultra villas for sale. Parent company Minor have been encouraged by luxury sales at their St. Regis Residences in Bangkok.
Nikki Beach has a strong pull for the rich and famous around the world and the brands presence in Phuket is expected to be a strong pull. Nearby the branded hotel project of the group is also under construction.
