One of Samui's most popular new resorts the Hansar in Bophut has
converted a 3 rai plot next to the property into a fish farm and organic garden.
Using compost from the resort gardens the area is used to cultivate fruits nd vegetable which are chemical-free.
An adjacent pond with over 3,000 tilapia fish is harvested on a regular basis.
