As Asia has hit the jackpot hotel marketing plans are now buzzing with the term 'RICHI' or the new economic lions – Russia, India, China and Indonesia.
Anxious hoteliers are throwing out old business plans and viewing sales and service initiatives to these thriving growth markets.
In other words – fish where the fish are, or in this case RICHI fish.
