Hyatt Gets Serious About Branded Residences

Top hotel chain Hyatt has come to realize that a way to boost their hospitality pipeline is to take on branded residences.
The latest move in the resi direction is the Grand Hyatt in Manila at Bonifacio Global City.
Along with a luxury hotel, there are branded residences, which were recently launched.
A two story sales showroom and mock up unit is being showcased and Asia's appetite for brands is driving transactions.
