I came across an interesting read today, titled Smart Hotel Technology Guide 2018.

It basically provides a sequence and recommendations for the entire accommodation guest journey.

While some items are intuitive, the guide is comprehensive and provides an excellent flow review for hotel managers at existing or planned properties.

The guide is the work of the Singapore Hotel Association and Singapore Tourism Board.
