Global hospitaliy chain InterContinental has announced it will aquire boutique pioneer Kimpton Hotels which is based in the US.
Kimpon's portfolio currently exceeds 60 operating properties.
One key aspect of the group is their significant soft brand approach.
Kimpton is widely respected as a key innovator and pioneer in the segment.
