Iconic Setai Hotel Sold

One of the truly global chic hospitality assets,the Setai in Miami Beach has a new owner.
A company controlled by the glitzy von Furstenberg family and Nakash Holdings now control the property.
Nakesh's major investors are the founders of the Jordache clothing firm.
The hotel was sold by a subsidiary of Lehman Brothers.
