Imperial Land Opening Phuket Hotel

Bangkok's Imperial Land Group will be opening a serviced apartment hotel complex in Phuket by the end of the year.
Located in Cherngtalay near to Laguna Phuket, the property is tagged as the Imperial Ocean Palms.
In what started out as a pure residential project initiated by another developer the group acquired the uncompleted property after the financial stress of the Global Financial Crisis.
An opening will take place before the upcoming high season.
Imperial has broader plans to take the company public in the medium term back of a wide range of retail, residential and hospitality offerings.
