The group successfully worked with the existing hotel lenders and has succeeded in restructuring the property.

A new long-term management agreement with Marriott International has been put into place.

Additionally an adjacent land parcel of 25 rai to the north side of the resort has been purchased for an expansion of the resort.

KS owns the Hyatt Regency Phuket, Park Hyatt Maldives, Park Hyatt Siem Reap and three ACCOR managed assets in Cha-Am and Luang Prabang.
