Category: Hotels, Posted:22 Oct 2020 | 06:00 am

Despite the downturn of Covid-19, hotel investment confidence in Khao Lak remains positive in the long term.

One sign of this is a newbuild Pullman-branded Khao Lak Resort Is set to open on 1st December.

The 253-key beachfront hotel and villa property features a design by Martin Palleros of Tierra Design.  Palleros is the architect of the award-winning Twinpalms in Surin and also Twinpalms MontAzure at Kamala Phuket.

Interestingly, the Pullman is located north of Khao Lak and near to fast-emerging Takua Pa, which is a Sino-Portuguese cultural heritage area.

The area north of Khao Lak is seeing a large push of new branded hotels with the recently opened Le Meridien, soon to open Pullman, and an upcoming Marriott branded property. Minor group also have an Avani under construction.
