A number of well known chefs and restaurants have entered this space, relying on food-type blogs and social networking to quickly gain clientele.
Thailand is actually a leading example of the concept with food wagons, carts, trolley's and every manner of moving or non-moving device known to mankind taking cuisine to the street.
