KSL Capital Partners To Acquire Outrigger Hotels & Resorts

Hawaiian-based hospitality group Outrigger Hotels and Resorts through an affiliate have entered into a transaction agreement with US-based KSL Capital Partners.

The sales and purchase agreement covers all 37 Outrigger properties including the Asian and Indian Ocean portfolio in Thailand, Maldives and Mauritius.

According to the company the existing management structure will remain, though the group recently underwent a corporate downsizing exercise in Asia.

KSL is a leading investor in travel and leisure enterprises in five primary sectors: hospitality, recreation, clubs, real estate and travel services. KSL has offices in Denver, CO; Stamford, CT; and London, UK.
