Laguna Launching Second Condohotel Phase
After a strong response for the first phase of the Laguna Shores hospitality led residential offering, the developer has announced plans for the release of another 105 units in a second phase.
Pricing has been moved up to an entry point of THB4.5 million for a 40 square meter unit and sizing tops out at 80 square meter apartments.
Ownership is structured on a leasehold basis and two optional hotel managed rental programs.
Phase One will see 229 units developed as part of a six storey structure.
Management will be under the Banyan Tree group who will be announcing a new third brand, which will follow the core Banyan and secondary Angsana flags.
