Laguna Phuket Launches Dhawa Branded Residences

Leading island developer Laguna has launched Dhawa Phuket branded residences at the main entrance of the integrated resort.

Featuring one and two-bedroom apartments, the entry level pricing starts from THB4.9 million.

Dhawa is a new brand of the Banyan Tree group that also operates Angsana and Cassia properties.

Buyers of the property will have access to beach facilities by Xana Beach Club.

Laguna is staging a Hong Kong sales event next weekend for the Dhawa apartments.
