Laguna Property Sell 6 Lofts At China Exhibition

Category: Real estate, Posted:22 Nov 2010 | 07:58 am

Phuket's real estate dynamic shift can well be demonstrated by Laguna's 6 off plan sales at a Shanghai property show.
For local businesses China continues to be a lucrative nut to crack and the transaction activity shows there is a market for Phuket property on the mainland.
The six units are at the Lofts which is managed by hotel chain Outrigger Hotels and Resorts. A successful teaming of hotel managed residences at Laguna Village has spurred potential buyer's interest with rental yields on units showing a sharp upswing.
Coming into high season the island's most prolific resort grade developers has also seen sales of a multi-million dollar Banyan Tree unit and a large residential home.
A recent official launch of the new Deluxe Residences with 7 units priced from THB55 million has been well received.
