One of the major Thai-listed real estate investors into the Phuket property sector Land & Houses are seeing their development footprint creep north.
The 128 home Inizo project near to British International School (BIS) which was launched last year is expected to complete in April.
Pricing points are from just under 4 million up just under 5 million.
The two storey houses feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms and car parking for two autos.
