List Of World's Top Island's Misses Out Phuket

TripAdvisor's 2013 Traveler's Choice List of the Top 10 Islands in the World has missed out on Phuket.
Only one destination in Thailand is included which is Koh Tao. Clearly Asia is not firmly on the radar as other top locations such as Bali, Boracay and the Maldives were not mentioned.
The Top 10 List is –
#1 Ambergris Caye, Belize Cayes
#2 St. John, U.S Virgin Islands
#3 Bora Bora
#4 San Juan Island, Washington, US
#5 – Santorini
#6 Isla Mujeres
#7 Moorea
#8 Koh Tao, Thailand
#9 Easter Island, Chile
#10 Nosy Be, Madagascar
