Meritus Appoint New Top Executive

Singapore's Meritus Hotels & Resorts has appointed Tan Choon Kwang as Chief Operating Officer.
He brings a vast array of experience with chains such as Raffles, Swissotel and Westin.
Most recently he headed Ascott's European office and Citidines.
While prominent in Singapore, Meritus hasseen mixed results with the international expansion arena.
