Minor Gears Up Multi-Million Dollar Phuket Villas

Thailand's Minor International is preparing to launch 16 multi-million dollar hotel branded residences in Phuket.
Two senior real estate executives have been brought onboard by the group to push forward the banner project.
The former head of Savills Thailand Robert Collins has been appointed to a Corporate role as Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Minor and Tamsin Edenbrow ex-Banyan Tree is heading Phuket sales.
Anantara Residences Phuket is located adjacent to the chains newly upgraded and flagged property on Layan Beach which is set to open in January.
Vilas for sale range from two to eight bedroom's and the average built up space of an ultra property is 2,300 square meters.
Leading hospitality design guru Jaya Ibrahim has been engaged to provide interiors.
Luxury real estate is back in Phuket in a very big way with new debuts coming for Point Yamu by Como and Rosewood.
