Minor Teams Up With Kajima For Phuket Ultra Villas

Category: Real estate, Posted:17 May 2017 | 11:21 am

Listed Thai-firm Minor International has finalized three new major projects in Phuket.

First is the conglomeration of the current ultra luxury estate Avadina Hills with Minor becoming a 50% joint venture partner. A new project name will be Avadina Hills by Anantara and will consist of 16 luxury villas.

Kajima had been unable to sell the planned multi-million dollar Avadina Villas and the tie-up with Anantara who have experienced good sales pace in their Layan project is a strategic move.

The current clubhouse facility of Avadina will be leased to the Anantara Layan Phuket hotel.

Another project not with Kajima will be the expansion of the Anantara Vacation Club in Mai Khao on a greenfield site adjacent to the current facility, with 97 new upscale apartments and pool villas.

Lastly is the expansion of the Turtle Village retail areas with a new 3 story structure adding additional retail and office space.
