Natai Beach Getting International Education Center

Category: Real estate, Posted:11 Nov 2010 | 06:00 am

Phang Nga's Natai beach or more correctly Ko Pilai is seeing development of a beachfront 50 rai site by Bangkok's Chulalongkorn University.
The affiliated Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration will be located on a prime piece of Greater Phuket real estate and looks to attract business executives for post graduate education, seminars, workshops and classes.
Expectations are not only for Thai's to attend but international students primarily from the region. Phuket makes logical sense due to the proximity to an international airport and significant amount of direct flights.
A timeline for development will see the opening of facilities within the next 24 months.
Located south of the stretch which plays home to the upscale Aleenta Resort and also strip of multi-million dollar homes including the Sava Estate; the land is near to what in the past had been pegged at a possible W hotel and near to a high profile 1,000 rai plus mega parcel controlled by a prominent Thai businessman.
