New Convention Center For Makati

According to TTG Asia, Manila's CBD Makati will see a convention center rise on the site of what will be the former InterContinental Hotel.
Developer Ayala Land is raising their own Seda branded hotel in Ayala Center and also a new Mandarin Oriental is coming to the Ayala Triangle area.
Makati looks to be in the throes of an extreme makeover given the challenge the BGC (Bonifacio Global City) is creating in the market.
BGC has a Shangri-La and Grand Hyatt currently under development.
