New Hotel Project Management Book Released

Well-known hotel design and pre-opening expert Gert Noodzij has written a guidebook for opening hospitality properties.

Titled Project Management of Hotel Opening Processes the book goes into great detail on processes, paths and key issues on what is a very complex subject.

Over the years in pre-opening many hotels I am always amazed at the last-minute nature the industry undergoes in this respect and checking all the boxes early on is a way to avoid delays and cost over-runs.

Noodzij heads up Northside Consulting which is an Asia-based.
