New Hotel, Water Park and Luxury Condominium For Laguna

Category: Real estate, Posted:25 Aug 2012 | 08:25 am

Last night at destination resort Laguna Phuket's 25th Anniversary Chief Executive K.P. Ho gave a preview of upcoming expansion plans for the group.
A new mixed-use development set against a lagoon backdrop between the Dusit Thani Resort and upcoming Outrigger Laguna Beach Resort will include a hotel, luxury condominium, themed water park and over 1,000 retail shops and restaurants.
These will include a series of waterways which offer upscale tourist shopping and walkways at the ground level. The existing Canal Village retail area will be fully redeveloped.
One key focus of the plan includes a large scale tourism attraction which will be anchored as an international standard water park.
Laguna is looking to unlock its vast land bank during the next five years, and there appears to be further property news coming in the near future.
